ProDentim Refund Policy: The 60-Day Guarantee for Canadian Orders

This page explains the manufacturer’s guarantee in plain English. prodentim.ca does not process refunds. Refunds are handled by ProDentim support and ClickBank, the retailer for ProDentim.

What the Guarantee Covers

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to decide whether ProDentim is right for you. If it is not, you can return the bottles and get a refund of the product price. The guarantee applies to orders placed on the official ProDentim store.

How to Request a Refund From Canada

1. Contact support within 60 days of delivery. Email contact@prodentim-product.com or start a request at clkbank.com. Include your order number and the email address you used at checkout.
2. Follow the return instructions you receive. Support will confirm the return details for your order.
3. Mail the bottles back. Send them to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, United States. Use a tracked service and keep your receipt.
4. Receive your refund. Once the return is processed, the product price is refunded to the card you paid with. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.

What Is and Is Not Refunded

• Refunded: the price you paid for the ProDentim bottles.
• Not refunded: the original shipping charge (CA$24.90 for Canadian orders) and the cost of mailing the bottles back.

Because you pay in US dollars, the amount that comes back to your card in Canadian dollars depends on your bank’s exchange rate on the day of the refund.

Tips

• Write down your delivery date so you know when your 60 days end.
• Keep your order confirmation email; it holds your order number.
• Ask for tracking when you mail the bottles back from Canada.

Orders From Other Sellers

If you bought ProDentim from a seller other than the official store, that seller’s own return policy applies. Contact them directly.
