Refund Requests
Email contact@prodentim-product.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line within 60 days of delivery, then return all the bottles – empty or full – with your packing slip to 285 Northeast Ave, Tallmadge, OH 44278, United States. Return shipping is paid by the customer and the original shipping charge is not refunded.
